Job Title: Venture Partner Application $100/hour Remote
Location: Remote
Compensation: Up to $100/hour

Mobius Ventures is a founderbuilt venture studio that partners with earlystage startups to help them scale without taking equity. We provide founders access to worldclass resources investor networks and operational support at competitive rates allowing them to grow efficiently and extend their financial runway. Our focus is to give founders the tools systems and strategic guidance they need to scale while also offering consistent deal flow to our network of investors.
We are seeking Venture Partners to join our network and provide feedback and guidance to startups on our platform. As a Venture Partner you will work with emerging founders to help shape the future of their companies by leveraging your experience in investing operations and advising earlystage ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Venture Partner at Mobius Ventures you will:
- Partner with earlystage founders to offer handson operational support and guidance in scaling their companies.
- Leverage your investment and advisory experience to guide founders on fundraising growth strategies and market positioning.
- Help founders succeed in key areas such as capital raising product development human resources and operational strategy.
- Facilitate access to Mobius Ventures resources and investor networks to accelerate company growth.
- Collaborate with founders to define clear deliverables execute plans and track measurable outcomes.
- Provide feedback insights and mentorship to help founders refine their strategies and overcome operational challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements:
To be considered for this role you must meet one of the following criteria:
- Fulltime investment professional You are currently employed in a fulltime investment role at a venture capital firm private equity firm or similar.
- Accredited Investor You meet the qualifications of an accredited investor as defined by relevant regulatory authorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in venture capital private equity startup advisory or a similar investment role.
- Proven track record of successfully advising or investing in earlystage companies.
- Expertise in one or more of the following operational areas: capital raising product development gotomarket strategies human resources financial management or legal & compliance.
- Strong network in the startup or investment ecosystem with connections to founders investors and industry experts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to provide actionable insights to startup founders.
