Job Description
We are currently looking for a GCP Data Engineer to join our team in Plano TX. Here is the job description that we are looking for in this role:
What Youll Do
- Design develop and implement data solutions for Contact Center with a primary focus on BigQuery.
- Design and implement data pipelines using GCP services such as Dataflow with Cloud Composer DataFlow and Big Query
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project estimates.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of data engineering projects from inception to deployment.
- Manage legacy ETL processes and utilize Talend for data transformation.
- Build and optimize data pipelines to support highvolume retail operations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Stay uptodate with the latest GCP services and technologies.
What You Know
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on GCP services.
- Strong proficiency in GCP services mainly Big Query
- Strong proficiency in SQL and largescale data processing.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with realtime data processing and Contact Center analytics
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electronics Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
