Job Description
Title: Java Developer (onsite)
Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US)
Musthave skills: 7 years Experience with Java application development (leveraging frameworks such as Struts/Tiles Struts 2 Servlets/JSP and JPA/Hibernate); 3y exp. with Javascript frameworks (such as AngularJS NodeJS React and JQuery); 5 y of exp Oracle PL/SQL (DML and DDL)
PREFERRED : governmental exp.
Location: Tallahassee FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension (s)
Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.
Requirements:
Availability to work 100% on Clients site in Tallahassee FL;
Experience with Java application development (leveraging frameworks such as Struts/Tiles Struts 2 Servlets/JSP and JPA/Hibernate);
Experience with Javascript frameworks (such as AngularyJS NodeJS React and JQuery);
Experience developing and maintaining Oracle databases including the capability to write complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects both DML and DDL;
Experience performing in the capacity as a fullstack developer;
Experience with responsive design frameworks;
Experience using code repositories;
Experience using continuous integration tools;
Experience write technical business and plain language documents and/or emails with great attention to detail in all written communications
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provide maintenance enhancement and support for a variety of the agencys business applications;
Assisting in the preparation and documentation of program requirements and specifications;
Research and document requirements of program users;
Writing translating and coding software programs and applications per specifications;
Assisting in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines;
Working with network administrators systems analysts and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems;
Providing mentoring and guidance to junior programmers.
