Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting a BMS Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience. Your role would be to supervise the BMS systems installation and commission the system up to the company and partners requirements.
The job is located in Djibouti and the project is scheduled for 18 months (renewable). The project is specialized in Healthcare and the project environment is multinational.
Responsibilities:
1 Design the BMS system to meet the end user/client representative needs and requirements. A preliminary design has been adapted.
2 Issue the needed documentation and supervise the drawings production and updates.
3 Supervise the electrical works and assure all the works are in line with the company method of works.
4 Program and Commission the site All needed training shall be provided by our company and its partner.
5 Coordinate with different parties on site to insure the proper information is handled correctly.
6 Handover and train the clients nominated technical team to insure the correct knowhow transfer requirements met.
Qualifications:
1 BMS Expert with 35 years of relevant experience.
2 Specialized Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics engineer with deep knowledge in Automation and Controls Systems.
3 Deep Knowledge and familiarity with the electromechanical system especially HVAC and Power systems.
4 IT Background Knowledge of TCP/IP networking Principles and able to troubleshoot and manage networks
5 Integration Expertise KNX and Modbus specific trainings and ability to manage integration into BACNet
6 Familiar with the hospital management tools and adaptation of all the above systems to meet the requirements of the client.
7 Proficiency in spoken French is a must.
