About the Role

As a Junior Sales & Marketing Agent you will act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers providing essential insights and support to enhance their social media marketing strategies. What Youll Do:

• Advise & Support: Serve as a trusted advisor for advertisers offering expert knowledge in social media marketing.
• Analytics Evaluation: Analyze social media advertisement performance and provide actionable insights.
• Engagement: Make inbound and outbound calls to advertisers discussing their advertisements budgets and marketing strategies.
• Customer Focus: Understand and implement customer desires into effective sales funnel strategies.
• Trend Detection: Identify trends and potential issues early to optimize advertising campaigns.

Training & Development:

Work Schedule:

• Flexible Hours: Work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with breaks to ensure you remain refreshed and productive. Enjoy a 30minute lunch break and two 15minute breaks throughout your day.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Motivation: A strong desire to succeed in sales with or without prior experience.
