Job Description
Location: Thessaloniki Greece
Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English
Start Date: December 12 2024
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00
Salary: 1300 EUR gross per month (14month salary)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team for our project based in Thessaloniki. As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries and issues via phone email and chat in a timely manner
- Diagnosing technical problems providing accurate and creative solutions
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions in our CRM system
- Providing product feedback and suggestions for improvements to the development team
- Ensuring all support activities adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think analytically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
- Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and systems
