- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues providing clear and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and share insights with the team.
Qualifications:
- Native or C2level proficiency in Dutch.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is advantageous.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner able to adapt to new systems and software efficiently.
