Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Thessaloniki Greece
Work Schedule:
- Fulltime onsite position.
- Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers in English addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance service quality.
- Stay updated on product features and technical specifications to deliver effective assistance.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with technology and software applications.
