Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Location: South West London
Salary:possible performance related bonus setup for the right candidate
Are you ready to make an impact in a growing dynamic fitness community We are a 24hour gym located in the heart of South West London quickly building a fantastic member base and delivering stateoftheart fitness experiences. As we continue to grow we are seeking a motivated and personable Assistant General Manager (AGM) to work closely with the General Manager and help us elevate our business to the next level.
This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited by the idea of working in a flat organizational structure where your efforts are noticed and appreciated. This is a chance to play a vital role in shaping the future of a business and growing with it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the General Manager to oversee daytoday operations and drive business growth.
- Contribute to member acquisition and retention strategies helping to expand our thriving fitness community.
- Maintain and uphold the gyms high standards ensuring an exceptional member experience.
- Assist with social media management showcasing the gyms facilities events and success stories on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Support the development of the team and lead by example stepping up in the GMs absence.
- Provide handson support with gym operations from sales to member engagement.
What Were Looking For:
- 35 years of fitness industry experience ideally with sales experience and a Level 2 fitness qualification.
- A cando attitude with the ability to think outside the box and a strong work ethic.
- A passion for health fitness and training with the ability to inspire others to achieve their goals.
- Someone who is comfortable with social media and has a creative approach to showcasing the business.
- A people person who is friendly welcoming and able to work as part of a closeknit team.
- A selfmotivated individual who is ready to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility.
