Sales Manager Interior Trim Manufacturing
Location: Grand Rapids MI
Salary: $140000 Car Allowance Bonus
Are you ready to lead from the front in a fastpaced innovative environment My client a market leader in highquality interior trim manufacturing specializing in injection molding and 2shot molding is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive their sales team to new heights.
In this role youll oversee a talented team with one clear goal: securing new business with the Detroit Three. With a firm focus on teamwork and collaboration youll provide strategic direction and ensure the team is working seamlessly to build relationships meet targets and secure those allimportant business wins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the sales team fostering a resultsdriven culture.
- Develop and execute strategies to target the Detroit Three (GM Ford Stellantis).
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (engineering program management) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Drive business growth through effective negotiation problemsolving and a deep understanding of the automotive supply chain.
