Job Description
RN essential functions include but are not limited to: collaboration with other health professionals assessment analyzing assessment data establishing goals planning care strategy establishing priorities of care implementing care delegating tasks safely providing safe direct and indirect nursing care evaluating responses to interventions and performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
Plans prepares and provides individualized perioperative care utilizing the nursing process. Directs surgery department staff in the care of the surgical patient. Cares for all ages of patients; infant to geriatric.
Requirement description :
- Current Oklahoma RN license Required
- 2 years of Cardiac Circulating Experience Required
- Diploma or Associate s degree (ADN) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- 1 completed assignment OR 1 year in CVOR Required
- Must have Ortho or Gyn exp Required (Low volume CVOR will be expected to float if no CV volume)
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty
- 2 Supervisory References from the past 12 months of employment
- License/Certifications (RN OK or compact & BLS ACLS Facility will not pend license/certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS
- BLS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Oklahoma
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : 2 Full Weekends/Mo
On Call Requirements : 15 Call Shifts Per Month
