A respected comprehensive school in Newbury is looking for a permanent Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students across all year groups. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have special educational needs helping them to access the curriculum and succeed academically and personally. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on students learning experiences and personal growth.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience working as an LSA particularly with students with special educational needs
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and effective support practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A clear DBS
- Legal ability to work within the UK
