Job Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Art teacher to join our dynamic faculty on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the academic success of our students while gaining valuable teaching experience.
About the Role:
- Design and deliver engaging and informative Art lessons across all year groups adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a stimulating and creative learning environment that fosters a love of art design and selfexpression.
- Guide students in developing their artistic skills critical thinking and appreciation for visual culture.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE ALevel and beyond).
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Art department and contribute to schoolwide events.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art or a closely related subject.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for Art and a captivating teaching style.
- Excels in communication interpersonal skills and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
- Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
- Holds a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
