Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.
Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Barcelona Spain
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
- Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
- Track manage and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
- Review client satisfaction level
- Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential
- business
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
- Respond and provide resolution to incoming customer or partner calls regarding customer inquiries and request.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales
- Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office products (Excel etc)
- Solid knowledge ofClient Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Organised and able to handle unique situations confidently
- Eager quick learner with the ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday 09 AM 06 PM
