Job Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic French and Spanish teacher to join our dynamic faculty. This position offers the opportunity to inspire and nurture young minds in a supportive and academically rigorous environment.
About the Role:
- Design and deliver engaging and informative French and Spanish lessons across all year groups adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of languages cultural understanding and critical thinking.
- Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of French and Spanish grammar vocabulary and cultural contexts.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE ALevel and beyond).
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Modern Languages department and contribute to schoolwide events.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in French and Spanish or a closely related subject.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for modern languages and a captivating teaching style.
- Excels in communication interpersonal skills and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
- Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
- Holds a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
