Job Description
A fantastic primary school based in Wandsworth is seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent EYFS teacher to join their team starting November 2024.
The children are curious energetic and eager to learn and the staff here aim to nurture confident independent and wellrounded pupils through a caring and supportive pastoral environment. As a result we are seeking an EYFS teacher who knows how to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that foster a love of learning.

Responsibilities of an EYFS Teacher:
- As an EYFS teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of young children taking their first steps in their educational journey promoting teamwork and creating a safe engaging and stimulating learning environment.
- Teaching the EYFS curriculum to groups of children focusing on each childs developmental needs encouraging their strengths and addressing their areas for growth.
- Developing foundational literacy and numeracy skills through playbased and structured activities.
- Supporting childrens social and emotional development helping them build positive relationships and confidence.
- Monitoring childrens progress and occasionally reporting back to parents to ensure they are aware of their childs development.

Suitable Applicants Must Have:
- Relevant qualifications including EYFS teaching experience.
