Job Opportunity: FullTime Year 3 Teacher at a Faith School (Permanent)

The Role: We are seeking a passionate and creative Year 3 teacher to join our team on a permanent fulltime basis. In this role you will guide and support children during a key stage in their primary education helping them develop foundational skills confidence and a love for learning all while reflecting the schools faithbased ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum and the schools faith principles.
  • Foster a welcoming inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress providing individualized support and constructive feedback to help each child reach their potential.
  • Collaborate with staff parents and the broader school community to support students academic and personal development.
  • Model and promote the schools core values and spiritual ethos in daily teaching and interactions.

What Were Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2 ideally Year 3.
  • A strong commitment to working within a faithbased school environment and upholding the schools values.
  • Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching creativity in lesson planning and a dedication to supporting all learners.
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to work with colleagues parents and the community to provide the best possible education.
