It consists of three main components: Marketing Sales and Service. These modules are designed to support the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to service. Additionally SuperOffice CRM seamlessly integrates with popular office products ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

We operate in Europe in various industries and in the SME (small and mediumsized enterprises) segment.

The product we create is a comprehensive suite of business software with a track record of over 30 years. It contains extensive mature functionality a neatly designed user interface and is built on modern cloudbased technology. Our customers spend significant time and money integrating the product into their daily work and reap large benefits.

Your role

Youll be working in a learning environment where youll take part in developing and assuring the quality of our CRM software used by thousands of customers worldwide.

Youll work inhouse with software quality assurance and proactively prevent errors in all phases of planning design and development. This includes testing functional and nonfunctional requirements performance accessibility security and sustainability. Youll work closely with other testers and will have an opportunity to further develop the way we test how we automate how we use AI and how we work with quality assurance in an everchanging environment. Dont worry about CRM domain features well teach you that part.

Youll familiarize yourself with the users situation and understand their needs. Quality is not just about finding errors in the software but also about being able to offer a good user experience.

We prefer that you have some knowledge of programming or know how to script. If you have a burning desire to work with test automation and automation of test environments and processes you surely will be able to do that in our team.

• A good understanding of systems and technologies their roles and how they interact
• An eagerness to continuously learn about technologies products and processes
• A positive mindset and good energy
• An interest in getting to know other people
