Speech Pathologist (FullTime)
Location: Alief Independent School District (Partnered with Fidelity Partners)
Clearance Requirements: Tier 1 Background Investigation (Standard Form 85)
Type of Employment: FullTime 40 hours per week
Job Summary:
As a Speech Pathologist you will assess diagnose and provide treatment to students with speech language voice and fluency disorders. Working closely with educators and families you will develop personalized treatment plans to help students achieve optimal communication skills and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech and communication difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers parents and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of evaluations therapy sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a SpeechLanguage Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred.
- Experience in working with schoolage children is a plus.
