We're seeking a strategic and experienced Live Event Professional to serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to oversee daily operations drive strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management financial oversight and leadership aligning with our mission to deliver “Live Events That Rock. Every Time.”
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee event operations with a focus on Warehouse Transportation Live Events and Finance.
- Implement and optimize operational processes to support company goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish performance metrics and drive accountability.
- Manage budgets financial planning and analysis with the finance team.
- Lead strategic initiatives and ensure timely onbudget completion.
- Mentor and develop department heads fostering a positive company culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7 years of experience in a leadership role preferably as COO or Director of Operations.
- Strong skills in operational management financial oversight and strategic planning.
- Experience in event management entertainment or hospitality preferred.
- Familiarity with EOS or Lean Management systems.
