Job Title: Cloud Systems Engineer (Azure & Citrix)
Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Systems Engineer with extensive handson experience in managing Citrix Windows VMware environments and deploying Azure solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities experience with system security automation processes and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure. The role involves maintaining the overall health performance and security of the organizations cloud and onpremise systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Citrix Management: Manage troubleshoot and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops platform to ensure smooth operations.
- Server Administration: Configure install and maintain servers and operating systems including hardening and load balancer configuration.
- Patch Management: Regularly apply updates and patches to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies for cloud and onpremise environments.
- System Troubleshooting: Perform periodic system health checks troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Azure Cloud Management:
- Deploy manage and troubleshoot Azure services to meet organizational needs.
- Configure Azure services and manage subscriptions profiles and costeffective cloud systems.
- Set up and manage public and private cloud environments.
- Design and manage swap space configure scaling and balance workloads in the Azure environment.
- Security Management:
- Implement security measures for internet and intranet systems ensuring access controls firewalls backups and intrusion detection systems are in place.
- Manage usernames roles and passwords across all subsystems.
- Automation & Virtualization: Integrate automation processes manage virtual servers and lead desktop/helpdesk support efforts to minimize disruptions.
- Release Management: Manage application release activities for web and mobile applications on both staging and production servers.
- Software/Hardware Installation: Install and configure hardware and software systems ensuring all updates are timely.
- Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage data backup and recovery strategies for cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Networking & Infrastructure: Monitor system performance troubleshoot outages manage network servers and technology tools and maintain server access configurations.
- User Support: Ensure all desktop applications workstations and related equipment issues are resolved promptly providing ongoing user support.
- Handson Experience: Expertise in Citrix Windows VMware environments Azure cloud solutions and troubleshooting.
- Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation processes.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Deep knowledge of configuring and managing cloud environments including private/public setups backup strategies scaling and HA/DR configurations.
- Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of system security including intrusion detection backups access controls and firewall management.
- Networking & Virtualization: Knowledge of server administration virtualization user management and network server tools.
- Problemsolving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement timely solutions.
- System Maintenance: Experience in periodic system checks patching and upgrading of systems.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in systems administration cloud infrastructure management (Azure preferred) Citrix VMware and Windows environments.
- Experience in release management cloud scaling disaster recovery and system hardening.
- Relevant certifications in Citrix Azure or VMware preferred.
