NC DHHS Division of Health Benefits is responsible for enrollment and credentialing of NC Medicaid Providers. In this position you will help with technical operations aspects within this unit.
The Junior Specialist is responsiblefor Technical Operations within DHB Provider Operations Unit. The Junior Specialist will:
Play anactive role partnering with business leaders and teams to understand and drive technology/informationrequirements through internal and external service providers to achieve therequired technology and information capabilities
Support Provider Operations activities to ensure the accuratetimely and costeffective implementation of new and existing processes andfunctionality in both the NCTracks system and the new Provider DataManagement/Credentials Verification Organization (PDM/CVO) modules to includeplanning requirements prioritization Customer Service Requests servicetickets File Maintenance Requests defects training and testing.
Participate and collaborationwith other workgroups to collect and analyze data; assist with testing andvalidation of data and business processes; evaluate file layouts risks ofmodifications and downstream impacts to other systems; utilize systems toholistically research identify and resolve errors with data transmission;prioritize needs of Provider Operations.
Participation in creating and maintaining Provider Operationsreporting and dashboarding.
Serve as a primary point of contact for the change control andtechnical processes used by Provider Operations
Assist with other projects andactivities as needed Skills:

Requirements:
Education: Prefer degree in business administration computer/datascience or related field or experience.
