Your tasks:
Strategic acquisition: Independent identification and approach of potential new customers until the contract is signed.
Contract management: Drafting negotiating and concluding contracts.
Presentation and consultation: Organising presentations and consultations to introduce our feasibility studies and projects.
Customer support: Building and maintaining longterm relationships with forest owners and business customers to ensure customer success.
Market development: Supporting and codesigning the gotomarket strategy for new markets.
Team leadership: Managing and coaching a team of Junior Sales Representatives.
Process optimisation: Analysis and optimisation of existing sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Your profile:
Degree in forestry business administration or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales preferably in forestry sustainability or a related sector.
Sound knowledge of forestry topics and sustainable management.
Proven success in acquiring new customers and closing contracts.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
High level of initiative motivation and ability to organise yourself.
Experience in leading and developing sales teams.
Fluent in German good knowledge of English.
Ability to work in a team strategic thinking and a proactive approach.
