Since December 2022 CWC has officially been part of the MIMS Group headquartered in Singapore. MIMS operates in 17 countries with 2.7 million healthcare professionals using its services including staffing solutions.
Tasks
The primary responsibility of the (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d) is to identify new clients approach them and guide them through to contract signing. Your daily work will focus on our goal of becoming the market leader in Europe as well as on your personal development. You will be one of the key representatives of CWC Recruitment and will independently manage client acquisition. In doing so you will support our growth and help healthcare institutions find suitable caregivers. You will independently manage your sales cycles generate new business opportunities and negotiate contracts at management and Clevel.
Requirements
- You already have experience in Sales or Business Development (around 35 years) ideally in a startup recruitment consulting or within healthcare (hospitals etc.).
- You have a convincing and friendly demeanor and its easy for you to persuade B2B clients about Care with Care and the benefits of a partnership.
- You are resultsdriven and enjoy achieving and exceeding set goals.
- You are strong in communication and goaloriented both in working with your team and with senior management.
- You speak fluent German (bilingual level/ C2) and English (a minimum of C1).
