Job Description
The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of SNG production distribution and utilization projects. As the clientfacing representative for Chinesespeaking partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical guidance for the design development and implementation of SNG projects ensuring high performance and compliance with quality standards.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Chinese partners facilitating effective communication and managing client relationships to ensure project success.
- Understand and interact with Chinesespeaking stakeholders ensuring that technical requirements and updates are accurately conveyed between teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate project timelines deliverables and technical milestones.
- Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during the design production and distribution phases.
- Ensure that all SNG projects adhere to local and international regulations safety standards and environmental requirements.
- Work to optimize processes and improve the efficiency of SNG production and distribution systems.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 710 years of experience in a technical engineering role preferably in the energy gas or chemical sectors with direct involvement in SNG or related technologies.
- Fluent in English and capable of understanding spoken Chinese.
- Strong knowledge of synthetic natural gas production processes and equipment.
- Experience working in a clientfacing technical role particularly with international partners.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing technical projects within timelines and budgets.
