JOB DESCRIPTION
- Experience: 5 years of experience in change management ideally as it relates to security standards or frameworks like NIST CSF with a proven track record in change management execution.
- Change Management Skills: Expertise in managing change processes developing communication plans and working with diverse teams to drive organizational change.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong ability to engage collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels especially in highsecurity or regulatory environments.
- Communication & Training: Experience in developing stakeholder maps communication strategies and creating training materials for effective change implementation.
- Policy & Documentation Management: Proficient in updating and managing large volumes of program documentation ensuring alignment with security frameworks such as NIST CSF V1.1 and V2.0.
- Program & Documentation Updates: Update security program documentation policies and supporting documents to reflect changes based on NIST CSF V2.0 and Exelons annual SCP review process.
- Change Impact Analysis: Analyze the organizational and resource impacts of NIST CSF V2.0 updates on Exelons governance operations and security program (GOSP) model.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Develop and execute a communication plan to solicit buyin from stakeholders and provide training and documentation to ensure seamless adoption of updates.
- Training & Support: Collaborate with relevant teams to create and deliver training materials ensuring comprehensive support for the transition to the updated security framework.
