Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360degree recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interviewing and placing candidates.
- Handle business development activities by identifying and engaging potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Source candidates through various online platforms (LinkedIn job boards social media etc.).
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements.
- Negotiate offers and close placements while ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
- Meet monthly targets for candidate placements and business development.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends market conditions and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment (360degree recruitment).
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new clients and maintain longterm relationships.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn job boards etc.).
- Highly motivated targetdriven and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work remotely with a focus on results and commission earnings.
