Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department including accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements budgets and financial reports.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize financial results.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors banks and vendors.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance management role.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proven experience in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
Experience with financial software and systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
