DetailXPerts is expanding rapidly and were looking for dedicated General Cleaners/Janitors to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
- Provide general cleaning services including trash removal window and glass partition cleaning furniture and equipment dusting and furniture polishing. Service clean and restock restrooms.
- Ensure building security by locking doors after operating hours and checking for safety hazards.
- Report any necessary repairs or additions to building systems or cleaning supplies to the Site Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping mopping scrubbing steamcleaning or shampooing. Nonroutine maintenance such as stripping sealing and polishing may be required.
- Flexibility to cover absences and fulfill contract project requirements as needed.
- Adhere to DetailXPerts safety standards and policies as well as contract regulations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as payroll submissions inspections and document submittals as needed.
- Consistent reliable attendance is a critical aspect of this role.
- Build relationships earn trust and provide exceptional customer service to grow our client base.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three years of janitorial experience in a community work setting.
- Basic computer skills (Word and Excel).
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and a good driving record.
- Dependable honest hardworking and punctual.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and take pride in delivering excellent results.

- Evening shift: 5 PM 9 PM Monday to Friday (some weekends required)
- Job Types: Fulltime Parttime
- Expected hours: 1530 per week
- Pay: $15.00 $16.00 per hour
