Job Description
Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive HVAC services specializing in system assessments maintenance repairs energy optimization and designbuild retrofitting solutions. They work with a wide range of clients to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems across commercial properties. They are currently seeking a Service Maintenance Sales Executive to join their team focusing on the Downtown Seattle or Bellevue areas.
In this role you will be responsible for generating your own leads and managing relationships with property management companies contractors and building owners. Your primary focus will be to prospect and secure service maintenance agreements working directly with clients to provide tailored HVAC solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate and pursue leads within the designated territory of Downtown Seattle or Bellevue
- Develop and maintain relationships with property management companies building owners and contractors
- Prospect for ownerdirect service maintenance agreements
- Negotiate and secure contracts for HVAC service maintenance and energy optimization projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC service sales with established relationships in Downtown Seattle or Bellevue
- Strong background in prospecting and securing service maintenance agreements
- Indepth knowledge of HVAC systems maintenance and energy optimization
- Selfmotivated with the ability to generate and close leads independently
- Must have HVACspecific experience (no elevator or nonHVAC industry experience)
