Roles and responsibilities
- Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific handover and stakeholder issues as required by the client.
- Liaise with Key Stakeholders and Authorities to ensure a smooth handover of assets on completion of works.
- Provide handover and stakeholders input to weekly / monthly reports.
- Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or Contractor.
- Ensures that pre-established requirements (e.g., which document numbering system will be used; how many and which signatures will be required for certain approvals, etc.) are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.
- Expedites review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced project documents.
- Attends project meetings, as needed, to give status of requisitions or other documents and to be kept current on project status.
- May monitor space requirements for project personnel to allow sufficient lead time for personnel placement as staffing requirements increase or decrease.
- May serve as engineering coordination job leader, providing technical guidance to Engineering Aides as required.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to enhance the organization’s public image.
- Write and distribute press releases, speeches, and other communication materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media representatives.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Additional Requirements:
- Experience with crisis management and developing crisis communication plans.
- Familiarity with PR software and analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed for events or media engagements.
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum 3 years’ experience
Resourceful, pleasant, and approachable personality.
Ability to work under stressful condition.
Experience working in Qatar is required.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
