Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Columbus. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors embodying our companys values of exceptional customer service and professionalism. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls take messages and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry filing and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with inquiries and provide information about the companies services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support various office functions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
