Our clients company a leader in providing Commercial Group Benefits & Personal Lines of Insurance is currently seeking a Commercial Producer to join their dynamic team.
This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in the Mid & Large Commercial Market possessing a minimum book of business revenue of at least $500000.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire the book of business from the previous broker
- Prospect and hunt for Mid & Large Market Commercial Accounts
- Ensure deals are described by Revenue and not Premium
- Meet minimum revenue thresholds per transaction
- Utilize attractive commission program and benefits plan
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in independent agency Commercial background
- Demonstrated success in the Mid & Large Commercial Market
- Proven track record with a minimum book of business revenue of $500000
- Strong understanding of revenuebased deals
- Ability to vet candidates effectively
