The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are up to date.
Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Perform data entry and manage databases.
Support other staff members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other administrative roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and comfortable with technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
