Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader in Debt Restructuring to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping the current communication tools identifying improvement points and proposing and implementing enhancements to ensure uptodate information flow. This role requires acting as a bridge between policy and execution with a focus on halving debt settlement and organizing refinancing.
Key Responsibilities
- Map Current Communication Tools: Assess the current state of communication tools (website systems letters etc.).
- Identify Improvement Points: Utilize MSNP knowledge to ensure executors have access to the latest information.
- Propose Improvements: Focus on updating and solidifying communication channels.
- Implement Improvement Plan: Act as a bridge between policy and execution.
- Present Results: Showcase efforts from the perspective of halving debt settlement.
- Propose Refinancing Plans: Develop practical and sustainable refinancing proposals.
- Deliverables: Translate guidelines into practical instructions and ensure effective information flow.
- Coordination: Report progress to the client every three weeks.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education:
- HBO (higher professional education) level in public administration business administration or public sector management.
- LEAN Green Belt certificate (mandatory).
- Scrum master certificate (optional).

Experience:
- At least 3 years of recent experience as a project leader in debt restructuring within a political/administrative environment.
- Recent experience (at least 3 years in the last 5 years) in a G4 municipality (preferred).
- At least 3 years of recent experience as a project leader in debt restructuring within a political/administrative environment.
Skills:
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate policy into practical instructions.
- Proficiency in identifying and implementing process improvements.
