Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth due diligence on new investment opportunities and provide ongoing monitoring of existing investments.
- Develop and review detailed financial models investment committee memoranda and investor presentations.
- Manage relationships with key external partners including attorneys consultants and service providers.
- Contribute to the investment process by engaging with internal committees and providing strategic insights.
- Collaborate closely with corporate support teams across HR legal and other functional areas.
- Participate in the development of marketing materials press releases and other business initiatives as required.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in infrastructure funds or investment banking with a focus on infrastructure or energy.
- Exceptional financial modeling research and business writing skills.
- Strong investment judgment and an authentic interest in business operations.
- Demonstrated maturity excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced unstructured environment.
- A degree from a toptier business or engineering school.
- Fluency in English is required along with proficiency in another European language.
