We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist Italianspeaking clients with IT products including Microsoft Intune and Teams. In this role you will provide essential troubleshooting support and ensure clients have a seamless experience with their IT services.
Responsibilities include:
The position includes training on Microsoft products to ensure you are fully equipped for the role. You will work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts and be entitled to holiday bonuses with a Portuguese employment contract.
