Call Schedule: 8 Call nights/month

Patient Volume: 1518

Well Check Visits: 12 per day

Physician in Practice: 2

Support Staff: 1 APP 1 MA 2 Front desk 1 Office manager

No of Exam Rooms: 2 per provider

Other Info: No deliveries needed

EMR: Athena

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active NJ License

BLS ACLS

Local candidate

Payer enrollment for NJ completed (Horizon and Aetna)
