Job Description

Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Direct the design development and implementation of RPA solutions across various banking operations.
- Work closely with business units and IT departments to identify automation opportunities and establish strategic objectives for RPA projects.
- Ensure that RPA strategies align with Bank s digital transformation goals.
- Oversee a team of RPA developers and engineers offering guidance mentorship and conducting performance assessments.
- Cultivate an environment of innovation and continuous learning within the RPA engineering team.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of RPA projects from initial requirements gathering to deployment in production.
- Guarantee the scalability security and reliability of RPA solutions by following best practices and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate RPA solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Provide technical direction in choosing suitable RPA tools and platforms (e.g. UiPath Blue Prism Automation Anywhere).
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in RPA to continually improve the banks automation capabilities.
- Establish strong governance frameworks to monitor RPA bot performance and mitigate risks associated with automation.
- Ensure that all RPA implementations adhere to Bank s security policies and applicable regulatory standards.
- Create key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of RPA initiatives and promote ongoing improvement.
- Regularly update senior management on the progress and impact of RPA projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development with a minimum of 3 years focused on RPA.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading technical teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools software development lifecycle and integration methodologies.
- Expertise in RPA platforms such as UiPath Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a knack for designing efficient automation solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and data analytics is advantageous.
