Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Provide technical leadership to guide the team in successfully executing projects and tasks.
- Monitor the analysis and timely resolution of technical and application issues.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in technological processes while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of work and projects while adhering to highquality development standards.
- Assist the Technology Team Leader in creating a strategic plan for the team that aligns with banks business objectives.
- Ensure project outcomes and progress align with established plans.
- Proactively address challenges that arise during work execution ensuring efficient and smooth resource operation.
- Attract onboard and retain talented individuals to build a highperforming team.
- Communicate team and individual KRAs/KPIs goals action plans expectations and results to team members.
- Manage team performance and provide regular feedback throughout the annual performance management cycle.
- Support the professional and personal growth of team members through capability assessments training coaching and feedback.
- Motivate and acknowledge team members contributions toward achieving shared goals.
- Take responsibility for developing talent within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in computer science software engineering or information technology.
- Proficiency in English.
- Over 7 years of relevant experience in software development within the finance and banking sector with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Experience in mentoring developing and recruiting team members.
- Knowledge of Java.
- Familiarity with relational DBMS and SQL.
- Experience working in a sourcecontrolled environment such as Git or TFVC.
- Understanding of API design and implementation.
- Knowledge of Spring and related projects.
- Experience with AWS.
