Junior Compliance Officer Payments/FCA/Consumer Duty/AML

Location:Whitefield Manchester
Employment Type:Fulltime permanent Monday to Friday
The Role:
Are you looking to kickstart your career in compliance We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn about payments FCA regulations consumer duty and AML. You will work closely with experienced professionals and receive mentorship to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of regulatory requirements including payments and AML.
- Support daytoday compliance activities and participate in various projects.
- Help maintain and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of a riskbased compliance monitoring plan.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assist in communicating their impact to the business.
- Participate in compliance training sessions and help prepare regulatory reports.
- Support the broader risk management framework.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of FCA regulations and AML is a plus but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Highly organised with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
