Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend/UI/UX Engineer to design and enhance user interfaces for our webbased applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive usercentered designs and a deep understanding of modern web development practices. You will work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging and accessible interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
  

• Develop user flows wireframes prototypes and final visual designs for web applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
  

• Work with development teams to implement responsive highperformance user interfaces.
  

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  

• Create and maintain design systems style guides and documentation to ensure design consistency across all platforms and products.
  

• Ensure that all designs are accessible and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  

• Develop and refine a clear vision for the user experience of our products balancing business and user needs.
  

• Stay uptodate with the latest UI/UX trends techniques and technologies continuously seeking opportunities to improve our design process and outcomes.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Web Design Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  

• 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer/Engineer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web application design.
  

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
  

• Strong understanding of frontend development technologies (ReactJS HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript) and their application in UI/UX design.
  

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  

• Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
  

• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced agile environment.
  

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and best practices.
  

• Experience working in a SaaS RegTech or FinTech environment.
  

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g. React.js Angular Vue.js).
  

• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  

• Understanding of backend technologies and API integration.
  

• Familiarity with compliance regulations and the ability to design user interfaces that are both engaging and compliant.
