Job Description
This is a remote position.

engage was founded and is led by MarTech SaaS veterans who have decades of experience growing multiple SaaS companies from the ground up. To achieve our target of growing to a $200 million company within the next 24 months we are looking for Frontend Software Developers as part of our technology team who are agile results driven customer obsessed and love learning!
This position provides a valuable opportunity for a software developer to enhance their expertise and contribute to impactful projects. Here are the responsibilities for this position:
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain userfacing features using modern frontend technologies.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement processes of existing software systems.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to create responsive intuitive web applications.
- Implement reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Take initiative in identifying problems and devising efficient solutions.
- Work in accordance with best practices in software development to enhance code quality.
- Demonstrate a fast learning ability and problemsolving skills for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with technological advancements be open to growth and adapt to new technologies.
- Communicate effectively and apply analytical thinking skills.
- Effectively apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript (ES6).
- Strong knowledge of at least one modern frontend framework such as Angular React or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js knowledge is a plus).
- Experience with responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Interest and enthusiasm for software development processes.
- Collaborative skills and a predisposition for teamwork.
- Must be accountable and committed to the job.
- Willingness to learn and adaptability to new technologies.
- Fast learning ability and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication skills and analytical thinking ability.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on a CDMP or similar datadriven platforms.
- Knowledge of API integrations and data analytics tools.
