Job Description
- Oversee the entire client onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active user.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance merchant acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for payment processing.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to customize solutions that meet client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and clients addressing their needs and concerns.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve our offerings continuously.
- Develop innovative solutions to streamline onboarding and enhance the client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the payment processing industry with a focus on client onboarding and partnership management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing successful partnerships
Ideal Candidate Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, preparing financial reports, and providing insights for decision-making. Experience in developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and preparing long-term financial plans. Experience in tax planning and optimization. Expertise in performing reconciliation processes. Skills in monitoring and controlling costs to ensure financial efficiency and profitability. Strong cash flow management skills with the ability to prepare weekly/monthly projected cash flows.
