JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior HR Shared Services Consultant to enhance our HR service delivery function. This critical role involves leading initiatives to streamline HR processes, drive operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional HR services to our diverse client base. As a strategic partner, you will leverage your expertise to implement best practices and improve overall HR productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will design, implement, and continuously improve HR shared services processes and operations. Serving as a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and support to the HR team and the broader organization on HR policies and procedures. A significant aspect of your responsibilities will be to lead and mentor the HR shared services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
You will analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions that enhance service delivery. Ensuring the integrity of HRIS data and generating reports will support strategic decision-making across the organization. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders will be crucial to align HR services with business needs effectively.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations, safeguarding the organization against potential risks. Facilitating training sessions on HR processes for employees and managers will promote clarity and adherence to procedures. You will also drive HR transformation initiatives that enhance the employee experience and promote organizational effectiveness, collaborating with other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR shared services, HR operations, or a related HR role. Proven leadership experience in managing HR service delivery teams is essential. A strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law is required, along with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to drive process improvements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated project management skills, with a focus on delivering results within specified timelines, will be crucial. Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools is highly valued, as are strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
