Executive Director of Operations
Location: Athens Greece
Position: Executive Director of Operations
Employment: Fulltime Start: ASAP
A leading global company is seeking an Executive Director of Operations to lead and drive success within their Athens team. Youll manage 70 FTEs across multiple languages and business lines focusing on sales and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of overseeing daytoday operations while innovating to grow the account on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational KPIs across different lines of business
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to resolve key operational challenges
- Drive process improvements and enhance overall efficiencies
- Provide leadership development and guidance to senior team members
- Develop strategies to support future growth possibly on a global level
Requirements:
- 510 years of executivelevel experience in SaaS/BPO sales
- Experience managing teams of 50100 FTEs
- Fluent in English with strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead largescale operations and foster global partnerships
