Who are we looking for YOU!
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
- Scrum Master certified
- Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum XP Kanban)
- Agile Estimating & Planning
- Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
- Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:
- Automated Testing techniques
- Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
- Test Driven Development
- Metrics:
- Velocity vs Productivity
- Tools: Jira/Confluence
- Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management understand product planning in a given environment ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value
- Identify and proactively remove impediments be they technical organizational or people related
- Act as an internal coach to the team leading them to become fully agile selforganized and to be at their best
- Experience in development (valued)
- Great communication analysis and listening skills
- Software Craftsmanships
- English proficiency should be at least C1 level
