Job Description
Experience Level: Associate
Experience Required: 13 years
Education Required: Associate degree (Bachelors preferred)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid/Onsite
- Training: Initial 4 to 8 weeks onsite for training; hybrid work arrangement following a solid knowledge base.
- InOffice Schedule: Teambased office days every Tuesday and every other Monday.
Interview Process: 45minute Zoom interview

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries payments and accounting reports
- Analyze and maintain general ledger accounts or clientinsured records
- Assist with monthly and quarterly closes perform variance analysis and manage expense accruals
- Conduct trend analysis process refunds and ensure payment requests for carriers or third parties
- Develop and document accounting policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies SOX tax regulations GAAP and local statutory regulations
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelors in Finance Accounting or related field preferred)
- 13 years of experience in accounting or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
