Job Description
My Client is seeking a Structural Engineer at their Lexington OH office. They frequently work to evaluate and design structures built of steel concrete wood and aluminum in addition to working with multiple construction materials. There is a wide range of project sizes and types. Heavy industrial Crane and Lifting devices Water Containment LowRise Commercial and Residential are some of the sectors serviced.
Qualifications:
o Professional License.
o 812 years of experience.
o Should be proficient in the design and analysis of steel concrete wood and masonry.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills are desired.
Duties:
o Perform site visits to perform structural evaluations of damaged buildings and structures.
o Forensic Work
o Write reports.
o Perform new structural design and detailing for buildings and structures made of wood steel aluminum masonry and concrete.
o Manage projects and communicate with clients regarding the status and progress of the work.
Desired But Not Required:
o Masters degree.
o Industrial or Residential experience.
o FEA modeling skills.
