Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is a leading healthcare staffing and recruitment firm specializing in connecting top talent with healthcare organizations across the globe. We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Director to oversee our clients Emergency Room Services.
Position Overview:
As the Administrative Director of Emergency Room Services you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the Emergency Room department ensuring the highest level of patient care and service delivery. You will work closely with the hospital leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans policies and procedures for the Emergency Room department
Oversee all administrative functions of the department including budgeting staffing and resource allocation
Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure the highest level of patient care and service delivery
Monitor and analyze department performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including physicians staff and community partners
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Participate in the recruitment hiring and training of staff
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff
Manage department budget and expenses
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvement
Serve as a liaison between the Emergency Room department and other hospital departments
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting preferably in Emergency Room Services
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively
Experience with process improvement and project management
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build relationships with key stakeholders
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
